... flexibility in my schedule asked me to manage personal commitments effectively. There was also competitive compensation which allows me to meet my financial needs comfortably.

It's a good workplace with opportunities to learn and friendly people. You get to meet people from different countries and acquire new skills.

The 6 working days a week can be discouraging and the salary isn't enough to have independence and survive the cost of living crisis.

The pay is really good and I appreciate the company’s willingness to provide opportunities for improvement. It opened door for self motivated growth and taking the initiative in any project I found myself taking on.

...ne courses but didn't get any chance to apply them and get practical experience. In placement drive, I got selected in an organization with a good package but after few month I left it because the environment was not good or interesting at all. While surfing through the internet I came across Girl Power Talk post, after reading few articles published by them, I immediately applied. Fortunately, I got selected and the warm welcome by the team was surprising. For the first few weeks, I was packed with phone calls from each and every team member. Even after that, every second week, one of the team members messages me to ask how I am doing. Now I have friends here. Girl Power Talk has such a warm and friendly environment. I didn't feel like I am working for someone else, I felt like I am working for myself and the company is so good.

Dislikes

They follow the concept of mutual learning. If you are ready to learn from them while sharing your knowledge, then only you will be able to work here. They really care about everyone new and see new freshers or students as special.
