Very bad experiance to work here.Management policy are very bad for employees.Appraisals & increament is just for name.

Dislikes

...ics & the management isn't supportive when you have injured or any other issues.There is a notice period of 2 months before you resign otherwise your bonus gonna laps.

Good and knowledgeable senior don't stay for a long time and new senior (manager) just trying to transfer his candidate to this company, nothing matter if he knows the work or not. It very much disadvantage also for the company

Mid level steel plant. Working culture is quiet good. Work life balance is good. Working hour is 9 am to 6 pm.
