There isn't much I dislike about working at Giri Media. The Managing Director is incredibly kind and humble, always considering the employees' perspectives. However, I believe the company should not tolerate non-performance for an extended period and should take action to relieve those who do not justify their roles. This would help maintain a high standard of excellence within the team.
