Worst company of my life, Very bad work environment and discipline, There is no rules and regulations in company, They paying salary after 2 months, 1 month salary is always hold, After resignation of employee they hold the salary and not pay, In office everybody using abusing language from junior to senior, even M.D also. They not provide any Joining Letter, Salary Slip, Experience Letter etc. They bribe to all Officers of their area so that nobody willing to any complaint against him.

Company me salary date 25 ko he, 3 holiday hai, 8-8 duty hai. Job security nahi hai, aaj job hai kel job nahi hai. Company kabhi be hata sakti hai. Sanjeev Gupta ke pass kabi be kaam mat kerna. Vo sirf uske purane bando ki baat sunta he jaise Alim formed, balvinder acount . Iss company me koi be carrier nahi hai. Amit gupta ki site pe ja sakte ho vo acha hai. Sanjeev gupta Galli galoch kerta hai, gandha bolta hai. Staff ko labour samzta hai. Kitna be talented person ho vo iss company me 3-6 month he tikk payega. Rahena khana free hai, food quality zero hai. Sarojni nagar, noida ki site chal rahi hai ,bhaut slow kaam hai, site pe material nahi milega. Agar koi free he ek dam job nahi mil rahe to vo join ker sakta hai. Kise be time jao vacancy open raheti hai waha. Sunday ko lunch ke baad 2-3 baje Ghar ja sakte ho.

Na to offer latter,na appointment latter,na hi salary slip milti.immediate job se hata diye jate ho . company sirf use kerti hai aapko. Na hi increment hoga. Na hi site pe water milega,na toilet hoga . Water apne Ghar se Lana padta hai. Na hi labour rukhti iss company me. Store Wale contractor pe debit kerte hai. Purana staff aapki complaint krega humesa. Kaam na kerne dege. Purana staff sochta hai ki koi na aaye new staff yaha.

...as working at Sarojini Nagar site of Girdhari Lal Constructions in NBCC project. In this company Salary structure is very bad they pay salary after 2 months, And if anyone left the job they hold the salary, Working environment is very bad every senior speaks in only abusing language even Director also. So much corruption in this company.

Kisi ko kabhi nikaar deta h. 5) experience letter nhi bna kr dete h.. Maangane pr luvjeet (HR manager) pure din bahar baitha deta h. HR manager ko company ne site ka owner bna dia h...
