The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base,And the plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

The work pressure is very high as according to the salary. And no travelling is there and company hiring off-role employee.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The company pressure is very high. There is no on job training time to time hence senior folks like me have to guide them step to step, which is a pain sometimes.

My teammates are really very helpfull. And our seniors are very much helpfull to us. Company policy is good but company management is too poor.
