Hello dear, I have come once again to share my very bad experience in front of you all. And I am telling you all this because what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. Today I am talking about Ginni Filaments Limited company which is near Noida Electronic Metro Station. Actually in the year 2022, I got a call from Ginni Filaments Limited that there is a vacant position for Personal Assistant here, you can come for the interview, the time and date of the interview were sent to me through email, I had the interview on the given date and time I came for the interview, it was from morning till evening, then I was asked to go home. After one week had passed, I did not get any reply. Then I called myself because the call is directly connected to the reception. There is a madam there, Miss Bhavana, I spoke to her. And when I took the status of my interview, I told them that you were not shortlisted, I said it is okay. Second, in the year 2024, I got the same call and repeated everything as I did 2 years ago, but this time when I asked who you are, the answer came that I am HR from the company, then they said that you can come now I agreed because I remembered the last incident, that's why I said that I cannot come for the first round for f2f, I can do the first round only virtually, he listened to this much and transferred my call to one sir, I spoke to the sir and in the end I I asked who are you sir, he said AGM HR of this company, the call got disconnected, then after 1 week an email comes from the same company to me in that From here my time availability is asked and I get the reply that I will come for the interview on this date and time. Now I thought of counting the time, there I meet the receptionist who I had met 2 years ago, Miss Bhavana, because it had been 1 hour, so I dialed the number from which I had received the call and that number was Bhavana ji's number, no one there It was not HR, it was the receptionist who calls you HR. Now everyone was called after 2 hours as it is. They took me to the conference room last 2 years and there were 3 people whom I had seen 2 years ago, even today they were there None of them was AGM HR, one was business head, one was finance and someone else. Interview happened and again same to same everything till 2022. no response no reply. Then today when I called, they disconnected the call. My only suggestion is that you should not go for interview in this company. This is a complete waste of time. All the employees here are extremely unprofessional

Overall very bad politics in this company, There is no job security as well as higher level all the employees are only playing politics against all senior and junior staffs they all are not cooperative. Owner twice visit in a week to only meet with Vice president. Illiterate candidates are on higher positions. Overall bad experience I've in this company. Thank you

I am having 15.5 years association With Ginni Filaments Ltd , it is having following features (1) Corporate Culture (2) Scientific Management (3) belonging ness with employees (4) Job Satisfaction (5) Stability of employees (6) All benefits of Provident fund , ESI , Ensurance (7) Having most of the cerification e.g ISO , ETI (8) Environmental friendly company having certtication (9) Zender equality , around 60 % female work force & 40 % male work force (10) Residencial accomodation for Female & male workforce inside factory premises (11) Full fledged safety departenet in company In my 32 years of career i found Ginni Filamenmts Ltd better than other market leaders in field of Textile Industries (I) Vardhman (ii) Nahar (iii) Winsome (iv) Pratibha syntex Ltd

Owner (Promoter ) shoud not leave company on the shoulder of ONLY their professionals , this is ceating Burocrasy in organisation. They should them self visit company or depute some corporate advisors fortenighly to meet each & eavry employee .
