There is better opportunity for freshers to work in power plants.and learn more things about power sector.

Career growth is slow.and also work pressure is very high.sometines due to breakdown 14-15 hours spend in plant.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.i have to work 13 hours per day.no career growth, job secure,I am working continue 90 days without any weekly off. And after that I want 4 days leave but they are not given.
