Job security , friendly atmosphere and there is a comfort zone in our branch .

too much politics, annual appraisal very low, salary low, no promotional advantages. There is no proper rule/regulations for how to behave with female staffs.

Hardworking is more required here as there is a large number of gigabytes servicing all products but the job security is not very good as the company can fire the employee if the job performance is not good & Salary is quite low.
