Job security , friendly atmosphere and there is a comfort zone in our branch .

Dislikes

too much politics, annual appraisal very low, salary low, no promotional advantages. There is no proper rule/regulations for how to behave with female staffs.

I would like to thanks the team leaders and HR manager who creates a good working environment. Specially to my team leader who provides full knowledge of SEO and SMO. Overall this is a good company.

Salary is not good and lots of holidays cut.

From my experience so far, I have found the work environment to be incredibly supportive, with colleagues who are cooperative and always willing to help. Hardworking is more required here as there is a large number of gigabytes servicing all products but the job security is not very good as the company can fire the employee if the job performance is not good & Salary is quite low.
