...rk pressure is very very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hour in a day till night. This company increase salary only and only 500 to Rs.1000 in a year. About to salary, this is very bad company.

Teammates excellent,training good, job security excellent, salary/appraisal very poor no growth in this company,travel policy depend on your work location, high level politics. for learning much more, work environment when i was join that time very cool but now headache

-- Super dump non technical hieraechy who decides the fate of technical resources -- Full of arrogant and egoistic people all around only good in giving lectures and big big talk. -- Pune management is the worst. -- Talent do not stay here for long. Money cannot retain talent which they do not understand. -- No long term technology vision. Eventually their IT division will get shutdown or outsourced for sure. Beware. -- After this company... one can easily join politics as this is the only thing you will learn here.
