-- Good Pay -- Leave policy

Dislikes

-- Super dump non technical hieraechy who decides the fate of technical resources -- Full of arrogant and egoistic people all around only good in giving lectures and big big talk. -- Pune management is the worst. -- Talent do not stay here for long. Money cannot retain talent which they do not understand. -- No long term technology vision. Eventually their IT division will get shutdown or outsourced for sure. Beware. -- After this company... one can easily join politics as this is the only thing you will learn here.

...t too bad company. Manager are easy access but don't have any domain understand. Variable pay 100% payout up to lead.

This company is good for learning in IT.

...rk pressure is very very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hour in a day till night. This company increase salary only and only 500 to Rs.1000 in a year. About to salary, this is very bad company.
