Nothing to like here. Even the classrooms are suffocating without proper ventilation.

Management is completely fraud. They will deduct salary without any explanations. HR is useless. He himself dont know HR policies.

Likes

Work load is not much, you only work for 8 hours a day and meals are provided on Saturdays. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

...ductivity. Its not that employees take laptop home, they just keep it in office. After i left the company, 45 days were required to release my salary, but they took 77 days to do that, i understand there was a problem from my side as well regarding the attendance but still taking 45 days are more than enough to clear it, taking 77 days is horrible.

Excellent Start for freshers in terms of Salary and exposure towards Education Industry. Comfortable, Sound and Healthy work culture... Very Co-operative team members, Great Platform to explore your own marketing strategies...

Sometime even you have to work on sundays..but at the same time you are been compensate for the same

This is one of the best organizations and the team with whom we can work, the work culture is class and the team is very supportive in anything for that matter. Rather than sticking on to their words they also listen to the employee's words when it comes to the institution's growth and employee benefits. Overall, it is a good place where you can see your future. :)
