Very hard to say something positive about Gibs Rohini. However, for those people who use Metro for travelling, Gibs Rohini is a better option.

Dislikes

Politics, rude and inhuman behaviour of the vice-chairman, management treats the faculty as just an employee and has no regard or respect for the noble profession like teaching. Just running a business, no professional development. Even tea is not provided to the faculty, what else can you think of.

Work load is not much, you only work for 8 hours a day and meals are provided on Saturdays. Colleagues are good.

The management is very bad, first they didn't give the laptop early, mouse was not given at all even after asked, ok i also delayed submitting the docs by 3 days but still giving laptop late will lower productivity. Its not that employees take laptop home, they just keep it in office. After i left the company, 45 days were requiredto release my salary, but they took 77 days to do that, i understand there was a problem from my side as well regarding the attendance but still taking 45 days are more than enough to clear it, taking 77 days is horrible....Read More

I like GIBS for it's good work culture and positive environment. Work is shaped properly, with no politics or favoritism. Everyone is treated with respect, and managers are always calm and polite. Salaries are never delayed. They are always paid 100% on time, every 7th of the month.
