If you want liberty to work at your own time and if someone at home is sick and if you are not willing to work and does not want to loose then this is best company, workwise or for client satisfaction worst.

Terrific company, if you are on a junior level and does not want to work this is a good company, senior person does not have knowledge and just do politics and if you will ask them for increase they will blame you and terminate and threaten to give bad reference to keep your mouth shut they will not pay even your last salary of they ask you to put resignation and if they accept. I have all proofs for what I am saying, they are liar they will promise anything and then they will switch from whatever they said.

The travel time between home and office takes more because of traffic and other obstacles/huddles, as we all know Mumbai is city of people and we have traffic jams all the time.
