There isn't a single thing to be liked in campuses. They make people work like bonded labours. They also make people sign a bond for 3 to 5 years and they themselves can fire employees anytime but employees can not leave on their own. Even if you do not extend your bond further you will not get the appraisal you deserve

Salary deductions on break exceeds even if it is for 5 min. No food allowed inside not even packed juices. No phones allowed. Guards will check you every time you enter or exit the office. Even for a cup of tea you need to exit the building and go on 3rd floor which is counted in your break hours. Very limited options to eat and quiet expensive as well. No online transaction, only hard cash can help you in cafeteria. Politics is a part if you get ahead from others or are not able to justify your role. Bond for min 3 years along with submission of cheque with additional contract amount and recruitment cost.

It’s my humble request don’t join this company, even if you re unemployed still look more option don’t fall for this company ever. Stay away from director maya and lead Manaswee and Swati this people will make your life hell they did with 6-8 people

Nothing to be honest. It is the worst company to work for. A bunch of unethical and dishonest people are part of management. There is discrimination between employees favourable to the management and those otherwise. Special privileges to those who are close to the management like permanent work from home while other employees are expected to attend regular office. Complete scam. 0% job security. Never join as they lure you with high packages which turn out to be honey traps.

Too much of politics, very bad work culture and environment, even the top management supports politics, they get you in to trap of bond and it is very difficult to leave, they file a criminal case if you leave
