Nothing to like...berojgar baith lena par ye company join nai karna...sale apne kaam kiye paisa dene me rula dete hai or baat aise karenge ki sabse bade brand hai....good company takes care of his employee...par yaha tumko apne ghar ka paisa laga ke kaam karna padega...or o v expense kab àayenge pata nai.... senior treat you like ke o bhagwan hai.....

Jab aadmi ya company ke dubne ka time aata hai to usse top ka ghamnd hone lagata hai ...is company me 6 mahina v nai tik sakte..tikne nai denge... Agar kaam karne wala hi khush nai hoga to company' ghanta aage badhegi....never join this company.

Overall, it is a good place to work. You can see it from my work experience i.e. I have joined in 2004 and till date [19 Years[ I am working here so I am very happy to be the part of Ghodawat Consumer Ltd.

There is a lack of job security in this company, primarily due to poor management. The HR dept. does not have proper support. When it comes to the FNF process which is frustratingly Slow. It takes up to 3 months. If you value your career and seek a fulfilling work environment. I strongly advise against joining this company. It's just LALA company.
