I like the management fooled employees so cunningly & thinking they are the smartest of all is the best part about the job.

Dislikes

There are a lot but I am currently stating few. 2 employees can't talk anything, lunch time is fixed in rules & regulation not in office + only 2 employees can eat at once irrespectively there are seats available & if the 3rd employee is hungry then they need to wait, unplanned & unnecessary employee scolding for extremely petty issues, etc etc etc.... If I wrote all then my time will again be wasted as I have wasted a lot in the company.

Likes

I love doing my work at ghmc in different situations and terms as well as many communicating with public and interacting with them, solving the issues related to personals regarding ghmc. And reaching targets when the work is needed in urgent. I have performed many responsibilities doing my my job and many situations to face.

Dislikes

Some of the internal politics between employees and also with the public. And sometimes there is now timing or no body will listen our personal problems no support also expected from others. They allot may works at a time to do as much as early. Total work is depend on the understanding.

Likes

We can learn many things and experience from the people who visit to office and talking skills and communication skills from the officials so better to get some more experience and knowledge from the other companies

Nothing just maintenance problems

I have done my engineering internship at 2BHK scheme of GHMC construction in which I came to know much more about quality control and quantity survey, excavation, drawing reading etc

The only thing I dislike is far from hometown

First of all its a govt sector but i worked as private so its a very good experiance for me to face many different people by moving door to door and creating identity card and for TMC its stands for tirumala music centre and i have work as a sales executive in electronic as philips led telivision department and yes i have to convince that costomer will purchase my product.

Its not a permanent job thats it.
