I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Likes

Students here are innocent and teaching is quite interesting here. Most students are from poor background. Many I think require sponsorship or some financial help. Though school is a govt. School, still lot of development is required.

Salary very low,,,bad sanitation for teachers,,no promotion hikes,,,& they don't even give appointment letters,,it's like you can b thrown from the college at any time,,,,I was on maternity leave for one year & when insisted to continue after ,,, they said that you are now no longer our employee...no need to come back,,,since then I m jobless,,,😩
