The work pressure in very high,i have work 2yer 4manth straight in day,i have to take back my suggestion most of the time , hence senier folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain samtim.

Politics in working culture and not apportunity for no relation in senier Education is not important. Relation is important

Lots of trainings are arranges by upper higher management, operational director who supports young engineers and support them every time.

No work pressure. Good Opportunities for only freshers getting new things to learn.

Dislikes

Worst company. Salary increment once 3 year so no change till 3 years or hike no more than 10 to 15%. Also in recession remove people from company Without any notice.
