Management of the company is very help full supportive, they understands employee's conditions every time. to work ? very good plat form to work. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that market reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes. Sometimes I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Work system is not so good I have to do somebody's work every day.
