Dislikes

1.Salary increment is low % 2.Work schedule and system like a corporate company 3 But salary increment, Bonus, Holidays and Overtime is not there. 4. Saturday also working 5. U can take holiday in May month only 1 week and that deducted from your yearly holidays. 6. Management not satisfied how u work hard. 7. Increase fees yearly on don't know which basis?? 8. Higher school fees 9. Other activities fees (like sports, field trip) taken by cash and not given receipt for that.

Likes

Empathy and understanding towards employees by the management. Challenges which makes the employee strong enough to face and handle any situation. Management is really active and planned for the future stuff.

Dislikes

Salary for sure. Employee should get what they deserve. Workload is also something that hampers the employees many a times. Timing of the event is also a concern. Sometimes event extends till 10pm. which is a concern from the family end too.

Likes

Brilliant work culture, great skill development and learning and exposure for the team. Respect to teacher's choice is always there.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but appraisals are not properly reviewed .
