nothing, everything is worst. If you really need a job in Agra, than my best suggestion is, start selling ice creams, but never work in Agra's any company. Every IT company owner is so mean and not worthy for any employee. Agra is basically missing with professional culture, it's all about LALA culture there. employee is like dust of their shoes.

everything. they don't even know the definition of professionalism. owners are from shoes factory, they treat every engineer or MBA guy as a labour only. every employee is like garbage for them, if you ask for your right or deserving thing or if they need to take you out, they will not even follow saying of their own. Fraud people ever.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
