...I was given the required environment, mentorship and space to enhance my skills. I joined in with a low salary but in just 1 year my salary tripled because here there is a “High Performance High Growth Policy”. This company is very serious about this. They would discuss a goal with you very transparently and offer a hike to complete it. The hike would then directly depend on the performance and not time period. Hence I have seen many cases wherein people have gotten 10-15k hike in just 3 months if they were able to achieve their goals. And of course the exact opposite thing happens with people who are not a culture fit to the organisation. Culture is another main principle. Members are briefed about how - Trust, Honesty, Loyalty to Team and Excellence are the pillars of the team during their induction round or monthly meets and any person who isn’t a fit, is political, two faced and or insecure of others success is identified quickly. They are made aware of their actions and if not fixed, are terminated. This is exactly why I love the vibe of Getsetfly Media and you can see some hate comments here too. It’s a pretty big office and trust me, I go to any room, social media, editing, researching, finance, people are really amicable, nobody has any personal agendas. We all sit and have lunch together at 1.30 including Gaurav Sir and Nikita Ma’am. I remember once I was feeling stressEd and I just told Nikita ma’am that can I work tomorrow as I am not feeling like working today. I was very scared because let’s face it, this isn’t even a “real mature” reason. But she agreed to it and sweetly told me no problem, Creative Block is a real thing. Basically you just have to talk to them transparently and they will help you out.
