...ur of top most authorities like Big Boss's wife is very harsh towards emploiees. Salary is always after half a month i.e, 15th to 18th of every month.

One of my blunder joining this company. Nothing good at all. People who doesn't have self respect, dignity are eligible to work here.

...re working for this company for more than 5 years. No training will be provided. Most important thing no hike at all, and salary is paid on 15 or after that, cause they know very well no one will put the paper n leave, so to hold employees salary they do so purposefully.

Office facilities are nice. Boss is nice. Managers is nice. Always pay on time. Bonus for performance and for good attendances. Remote work happening during covid, office is giving laptop.

...t allow you to enter the office at all, and will treat you as a robber/thief. 4. There is no work culture at all, no documentation, no salary structure, no medical facility. 5. Career growth never think about that, they will take full advantage from you, when you ask on papers, they will appoint another person. 6. No salary hike, they will give reason, that client is not paying at all, from owners pocket they are providing the salary. One or other reason will be given, when you feel that they are giving false promises and put down your papers, then they will come give you some new fake promises and make you to continue for some more time.

Very very very worst company that I worked in my career, no hike no growth no facility, management don't have minimum common sense how talk with employees, Totally Dubakor company
