If you're lucky enough to get a good manager, you're safe.

Dislikes

Working hours. You will literally have to beg to logout for family commitments even after slogging yourself for 12 hours. Your efforts will only be noticed if you're goody goody with the upper management. Once your work is done, and they don't need you anymore, you'll get an ultimatum and you will be asked to leave. Holidays, dream about it. They will ask you to work on festivals and say this was your duty and when you need a compoff, you'll be asked to adjust and wait.

Likes

Working in smaller teams. Helps for better understanding and communication. All top management bosses were extremely approachable.

Dislikes

For a more agile methodology the office space planning could have been better than cubicles.
