Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...rst company i have ever seen, all the management people are week in performance.and in work, they will not provide the end of service benefits or leave salary to any one. my suggestion is not to join in that organization in manner.

there is no end time for work, work may go on up to 12am 2 am from the morning. no benefits for the over time, they will promise for the overtime benefits but end of the work they will say a big NO

Teammates are good, well cultured but the management were not up to the mark and the compensation is very poor.

Dislikes

...hours is more than 13 hrs average per day. No personnel insurance is provided. No salary increment and no compensatory leave in case of working in holidays.
