The work culture, environment is very good. Company is employee centric and focused on employees issues and concerns

The salary is not good. If you are getting good pay and you are satisfied then great place to work. But, the salary is generally less and year on increment is very low.

Appraisal and increment, low salary, for freshers or new joinees first appraisal cycle is longer hence they need to work for 2year on same salary which i felt unfair.

...od. GEP is good at retaining it's employees and ex-employees are always welcome. The salary range they offer is also very good and yes, it always depends on your negotiation skills. PLI and Appraisal depends upon your performance, the team you are working with and your manager. On last note, anyone interested in Procurement field should try to be a "GEPer" for excellent learning and growth.

The best thing about GEP is its work culture. People are very friendly. There is no sir or madam calling practice followed.

The compensation and benefits is less. The increment is also very less. Growth opportunities is slow
