Growth and salary compensations. Work life balance is almost zero. Biased management in some departments. You need to be friends of management to grow and succeed or else you are left all on your own with same monotonous work for years.

Very unorganised... There is no specific support if you stuck somewhere you just be in circles asking here and there what to do. Shortages of employees leads to lot of work pressure.. Pathetic engineering team which will just ask you questions instead of solving the actual problem. You will daily strech between 1 to 2 hrs. Unlike other companies which gives you transport allowance here they will deduct your money. Training is not much given and you will be posted to on job within 2 weeks. Holidays are also less compared to other companies they only have 8 holidays in thier calendar.

To be honest, i found nothing good till now.

Here the work culture is the worst I have ever seen. No hierarchy follows here, the director of the company directly calls a junior-level developer. No shift timings are followed here. They are expecting to pick up their call even at 12 AM. No respect for juniors. My experience in GEP is horrible till now. Most important, we need to work on weekends as well. Working in this company is the same as destroying your mental and physical health.

Company culture is awesome. The benefits on can avail is great. Their is good work life balance and they also have hybrid work culture.

Salary, promotions and appraisal take time for an individual, yearly increment is below average as per industry standards
