There are no likes only dislikes I recommend stay away from this company if you get lower package but good work life balance in Kolkata I will say go for it but never join here all stars from Google are fake the good reviews are from there the boot lickers employees never belive in 5 stars reviews because negative reviews are deleted by them

...oyee is required to work overtime daily, with salaries that are insultingly low. Employees are treated like personal servants, with no overtime pay or leave encashment. There are endless, pointless meetings that everyone is forced to attend, regardless of their relevance. The CEO has no idea what he is doing, and there is no HR to recruit new staff. Even if someone is on leave, the CEO calls them to work. He has no culture, no ethics, and never values employees, treating them as servants instead of resources. Forcing people to do overtime without prior notice is routine, and exploitation is a daily occurrence. The only reason people stay is due to the lack of opportunities in the GIS industry and the low pay scale in Kolkata; otherwise, everyone would have left long ago.

...supportive and the management is good. There is a huge pantry area for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company culture is so toxic that they cannot accept their mistakes. All employees are below average in educational background; hence, they do not accept someone from a strong academic background.

Allowed work from home opportunity during this tough period which is appreciated. Also gave me appraisal based on my performance which is again satisfactory l.

Personal and professional life balance is bit unstable. Weekend assignments sometimes bring mechanized working attitude.
