Very good staff to work with except two Persons. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No work life balance, even you have to work on Sunday. Power house of all decisions rest with the Managing Director only. Lot of work pressure. High expectations from employee, and have to do Multiple work other then mentioned in your KRA. Till the time i left, No policies for the benefit of employee. Appraisal realisation in two years after your joining.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company gives you full facilities maid for cooking, expenses on site in advance and take leave on every 2 to 3 months.

Dislikes

* skill development is nill * You know your first appraisal amount in 2 year * Done the work in bad quality

Good place to work as you will have very good teammates around you. they are going to support you in every way. Seniors are good.

Dislikes

Management is not so good. They have some policies which you certainly will not like. Like appraisal policies, You will not get any leave for 6 months.
