Since it is a Larsen & Toubro group company, job security is good and salary process is on time as per company rules.

Lot many dislikes 1. No work-life balance. 2.HR department is irresponsive once employee is thrown at site. 3. Compensatory benifits are not clearly mentioned but once claimed a lot of clauses are being mentioned. 4. No proper growth prospects and scope to grow further understood.
