Lots of difference in salary structure of same grade people. Partiality between the teams. While joining they tell you about the variable but in reality they don't give variable and if they give they will give you only 40-50% of the variable. Also while resignation they will hold your salary and give you excuses for deducting the salary. Overall not a good place to work if you are from technical background and want to learn some skills. Here you will learn nothing.

...agues are like competitors in the rat race. Management acts like your 24*7 boss. Have to work on weekends and on leaves but if you are late then leaves or salary is deducted. No job security unless you are good at acting favourite, no good projects, no learning only labour work. Using brain is like a crime, have to follow what your manager tells.

Geospatial Media and Communications provides a great environment for peoples joining at entry roles to learn a lot and grow themselves. As a small company you will be entrusted with different tasks. For some it can be challenging and overwhelming and for some it will be a great learning ground. The work environment is friendly as well.

No doubt it's MNC organization.. Good company with familiar atmosphere..good facility.outing...good food..no no no...yammy food.. best part 5 days working tater ...miss so much...that Saturday...😢😢😢
