The teammates at the workplace are horrible as there is no coordination or understanding between each other, resulting in hell a lot of politics. There's no job security as they terminate the employee not by evaluating his skills but by for their ego. There's no growth as no development channels are present and moreover no sort of appreciation for any accomplished task. Further forget about the appraisals as they are only given to those who are their puppets.Overall the management is a big looser as they completely depend on those manager's who themselves have never known what ethics are and talk about ethics.
