...fake incentive.... People working in sales are not even given fuel allowance.... No salary hikes, no monthly or yearly bonus, almost making your life hateful

The company is related to share broking firm. My role is adivising equitys and promoting equity trading. It is very interesting to trade.. we need to watch market and also study the market condition then only we can easily adivice them

In my opinion Geojit BNP Paribas currently known as Geojit financial services ltd, is a nice place to work provided we need to keep ourselves updated about the market trends,financial policies etc. Apart from that there will be lot of opportunities for the career growth as well. From my short span of time with the company as an Equity Dealer I would say its a well laid platform to enhance our Decision Making skills.

Dislikes

In a beginner's perspective there is a decent compensation, and at times there will be pressure to achieve the target, and that is well enough to create tension it will eventually hamper the productivity.

If you want stable start .. it is best opportunity for you.. as far as salary is a bit of average but overall its good organisation.. pressure is moderate.. but can handle easily if you are a hard worker.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high - quality products and has a good client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
