After BNP Paribas left out from Geojit, there was nothing in Geojit Financial Serv. the company running with major stake holder only, no use with M.D. and other top management, failure to manage employment creation and out flow is more in flow of employee very very less. I think M.D. not eligible to sit minimum as a branch manager, why am saying, any management or company they first give preference to employees after that customer or etc., but here they are not care off employee benefits and no hope min. emp job security, lot of failures is there, I think they are ready to sell this company.. that's why they loosing their primary business and emp. now they recently applied for AMC. some of people giving wrong directions. they were waiting for big deal sale to this company to other brokerage houses.

Dislikes

Lot of things is there mainly Job security, low level salary, appraisal, what they giving salary they assign work & target 10x. in each product, they kill emp hardship, fruitful

If you want stable start .. it is best opportunity for you.. as far as salary is a bit of average but overall its good organisation.. pressure is moderate.. but can handle easily if you are a hard worker.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high - quality products and has a good client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )

Salary package is not meeting the industry standards

Very pressure on selling third party products, even if you complete your KRA they even give pressure on selling third party products.
