there is not a single thing you will like there , they are holding salaries of their employees they will paid only after approaching Ministry of Labour welfare If anyone who dont know about this will lose their hard earned money

they treat employees with partiality, In they are treating south indian people with rational difference, for south indians the salary will be credited after 2-3 days while for north indians on salary day there is no employee welfare they are paying 300 rs for mobile usage bill but deducting 1000 rs from employee salaryfor office use company has to pay the bill but here yu have to pay 1000 rs from your salary against 299 mobile plan alloted to you advice to management if you dont want to support south indians why are you hiring and wasting their careers there will be no leaves for south indian festivals also , during north indian festivals north people will avail leave but south indians has to work, for south indian festivals also south indians have to work this kind of rational behaviour adopted by management

...minate you and they won't provide that travel amount and your last month salery. More portiality inside this company and I recomment not to join this company even if they provide more salary.

Having the prevelage to do work from home. Co-workers are helpful and supportive in every aspects.

...ement and hierarchies are only for name sake. All decisions are taken by owners. In covid situation salary cut is about 33%. Expenses are getting cleared very late.

Very good learning opportunities, their clients are very good, For a fresher a good company to start up with. if you love to travel than you will enjoy your job. very supportive Staff.

If you be in sales it will be terrible. They send you without appointment. Not sometime or to crack the sales. All the time without any leads anytime and not having any support team for you in backend. Urs salary credits by 10th. U are so lucky of you get on time about your sales expenses. U have to put your personal money for your official works and to get them you have to fight with team to get reimbursement. This is such a terrible thing. Sometimes you won't get until 3 months. Worst even work culture. They ask you to work on Sunday without any hesitation. They give false commitment while joing later nothing.
