Late salary, dirty internal politics, Talking very rudely and always scolding for silly things, They call on Sundays and never give overtime, Too much work pressure, HR never listens to you.

There are nice working atmosphere for all, if you do your job properly so you get promotions and salary hikes as per your job

Some people get extreme benefit ang attention instead of hard working people, in short there is some type of politics

-one of the best organization for freshers to developing technical skills and experience -Providing guidance and query solutions from HR Depat. is very good -whenever he gets a chance in any occasion celebrations, sir talks to all employees about the upcoming projects and future planning of company

... - Disliked the trick used by insulting the employee in from of office staff, - Disliked the assessment system which is depends on the mood of assessee for salary increament/hike/growth. (Non Transparency), - Dislikes behaviour and arguments of Seniors & Juniors to an employee for targeting the senior experienced employee, - Disliked my efforts/hardwork in firm's intrest to achieve desired goals manier times but after that it's over and instead of appreciation an employee got no value by superiors, - Disliked non transparency and blind belief on reporting authorities regarding the performance of an employee (depends on the relationship of employee with reporting authorities brings good review irrespective of your performance throughout the year), - Disliked fixed salary / no increament / negligible hike w.r.t. inflation rate of the country, - Disliked Salary Credit System (Last month's salary paid at the end of subsequent month) ex. Salary of January 2022 month is being paid on date 27th February 2022. - Disliked the dirty politics inside the work culture/environment of organization, - Disliked each & every aspect, approach, attitude and attributes of HOD/Senior Staff. Note: List is still not done yet as you will be experience the things if you apponted. I prefer not to say another horrible things.
