flexible week off learning many things through daily session about Email marketing After two years you get wfh 3 days/month. yahoo team only is the best they get incentives and bonus every month.

Dislikes

sometimes have to work for all sundays due to flexible week off. have perform well in session review in first six months session review otherwise probation extend or low performance salary or termination. comparison within team members about performance.(They always find a way to compare you within your team or your performances across several months or across other teams like yahoo). if you get placed in yahoo in first 15 days is best otherwise any other team is simply waste try for better company .

Lots of politics inside of the office no understanding with co work and Management blindly believe who one said anything management believe .no seek leave compare to other office its waste

No fixed week off, no health insurance, no sick leave, monthly 6 days only leave, no wfh, during covid no wfh.

Self learning, employee Will work in week off but if employees comes late 30 mins delay they will put LOP. We will work for company but company will not favor to employees at any cost

Genxlead is where i started my first carrier., the experience which i got from them changed my life, now i can proudly say i'm a Email Marketer and the credit goes to these 3 people Mr.Chella and Mr.Madhan Sir the MD of the company and the specail thanks to Mr.Veera sir the manager of the company without these 3 people i don't no where i would have been in my career.
