...requirement not on your talent basis as we know everybody has specific talent. . Unnecessary salary deduction.there is no fixed salary .sabse jada painful h,pure din kaam kro or dusre din cv reject and salary cut. .no one is getting full salary in month. Senior meeting always for shouting Senior attitude is not friendly.. No personal life here even sat sun you will be on fon. .very very stress given by senior .

Everything specially the seniors and management . THERE IS NO VALUE OF EMPLOYEE worstttt company worst management worst owner she say shits about there own employee there salary they offer is 8000 is nothing in now days and they say it's market rate just see other company the market rate 15000 per month

Nothing to like and even don't give salary on time one do job to earn some but for some amount they just give the employee a tag of dual employement and save there Money please don't join.

Everything is bad salary, company culture, and fake commitment during the time of interview. And now they are now paying salary to after full dedicatedly I worked with them. 🙂

There is so much wrong with GenXhire. After confirming that I have cleared the rounds, they asked me to start working with their organization without releasing the offer letter then they took almost one month to decide that they would not pay my expected CTC or they were not even comfortable paying their promised CTC they started negotiation and they offered me INR 2K increment on my previous CTC, repetitive follow-ups and constant nagging had an effect on my mental state, I waited almost one month for offer letter who works without offer letter dude they make me fool all the time, there is no communication after they realized that I am not comfortable with offered CTC.

There's nothing to like about this recruitment firm It's the worst in the market. The founder just needs employee to pressurise them for working above productive hours. If they deny it, then they are fired.

Dislikes

The whole work experience has been a bad phase in life. The company seems to be selfish, less employee oriented. No sense of work-life balance. No understanding skills.
