This company is good for learning new skills and its applications. While working I love the fact that I have to increase its performance capabilities. Though it is quite challenging to me, I had taken all the responsibilities on my hands. Ultimately working as team member, with the help of senior i was able to maintain its process capabilities to performance one. During this phase I had through many presentations where I had to elaborate every innovative ideas and they are successful too.

Dislikes

Good compensation but slow growth, mild pressure which is good but low salary hike, 14 hours of work, no travelling allowance, difficult to find convenience.

Timing of the company is good so life balanced with work if follow Timing.

Dislikes

There are no salary increment.on the appraisal time just give a very small amount only so it's not enough to survive with hug load of work.

This company was a good option for me. I got to learn a lot from him. If I get a chance to work with him in the future, I will be very happy.

Company policy poor and culture.Teammates are not supportive only egoistic.only state head ki chalti hai ,galt hote huy bhi company koi action nhi leti ,jo state head bolte hai ,whi sunti hai company.

Sirf aur company me politics hoti hai ,kaam karne wale ki koi value nahi hoti ,only boss ki buttering kro job chalti rhehgi ,
