There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Being a CA, I realised that my area of interest is finance and credit goes entirely to Genus.. I have learned a lot here in just 6 months..

Work timing is too long, hardly 6-7 holidays in a year and no conveyance facility is provided by the company..

No system and no rule and no idea to take junior and sinior so very bad company in my experience very bad work environment and culture teammates are not supportive it is very bad company
