Owner,Hierchy not only talk directly to MR but pampering and offer their future aspects to him (MR) by pass the middle management in each region/Zone and ask senior manager feedback from MR/ABM keeping their capacity of action zero, No or delay action on compromised field working of MR/ABM. They required Senior Manager to work as a Senior Medical Rep, and check their location on daily basis and avoid their home town working making their life miserable. HR is nothing and 3rd Gender. Owner can change RSM pattern of working overnight and call for meeting any time , no professional approach. They don't do any CRM activity in your region leaving you on false commitments , their sales are fixed managed by themself ,keeping you involved in those Dr and after 3 to 4 month you will be questioned as a non contributors ...
