Salary benifit were avarage ...but facilities and support from manager was good ...

No job security ,No rules and regulations.. No value of skills.. Layoffs are common in this company... My whole department is now layoffed and closed..

Appraisal Process is Smooth & good for those who are fresher as no growth for senior posts.

Salary is major concern, Sometimes they give in three months or more.. Regular Salary is only given for the people who have take home upto 40 or 50k. The most difficult phase when you resign from the company. Management never do the F&F in time and they will hardly give upto 40-50% of actual amount. They change the attendance & prove that you are absent during your notice period. There management always say that this company is for those who want the regular or monthly salary.

Company Gives you work of 2-3 employees and expect you to work after working hours. So you will become multi tasking and learn work from other departments as well

Dislikes

They do not pay on time when you are employed. Even after you leave the company they will not pay you are full and final settlement. You will have to reach them out in every month begging for your payment.

I have worked in only 4 months, but I share my personal views about company is that Gensol is developing company. In future their demand will be high. Employers of this company are very supportive.

No job security at all,no salary for 3-4 months-after that they will credit only 1 month salary that to we need to beg continually. Very terrible they never think of employee. Worst experience career

Working in Gensol is itself waste, no support at all. They don't have a system based /rules including Salary to employee on date, policies, insurances etc.
