Nothing, only team members and some of the employees were good and supportive. That was a good thing I admired. Also working hours are flexible but still micromanagement from HR team was done and mostly was done out of grudge if someone is late, additionally those you used to manage they themselves came late. Salary happens on 7th every month, this was another minus point for the people who have to pay their bills.

Dislikes

Politics, putting on PIP making an employee feel demotivated the reason was they didn't had funds to pay salary, even being a top performer they will put you on PIP so you can leave, Team lead taking credits and presenting no performance of teammates to the manager. Was a plus point bagged another offer with 45% hike. Talking about culture, there will hire their references and favorize them in appraisals and promotions and then disrespect other team member make them work like labor. Skill development there is no structure over here for someone to develop the skill.

Likes

Company vision and start-up culture drives the progress. Many hardworking and out-of-the-box thinkers are the reason company is heading towards it's goals.

Dislikes

Improper hiring strategies are key reasons for the project delay. Most of the manager level people are incapable, incompetent and still getting higher pay whereas actual work is done by only few people including GETs and Engineer level employees.
