... which triggers idle alerts. 3. Every single information about the company (no. of employees, salary, benefits, insurance, vacation rollover, maternity leave and perks) is a lie. You will not be given what is promised to you. 4. CEO basically threatens to not pay you even for the smallest mistakes. You have to live in constant stress, so team members leave within 3-4 months mostly. 5. Just 5 minutes before the end of your shift, (like 4 am IST), the CEO will call you or put you in a meeting and keep talking for 2 hours about the most random philosophy and life advice. No respect for your sleep or food or family. If you complain about this he will promise to change and instead call you for 5 hours on weekend. 6. You have to give proof when you take leave. CEO will not believe that you are sick or that somebody close to you passed away. 7. If the boss knows that you are planning to leave, he will not pay you the last salary. So please please resign only after you get your last month's salary on 10th.

Salary is monthly on the 10th only. And if CEO knows your resigning, he will not pay you anymore. Please resign only immediately after receiving your salary. 4. It is very micro managed! Imagine working with a demanding client and the CEO of the company calling you biweekly unpaid. 5. The CEO has caused me a lot of mental issues and trauma and you’ll soon know why. 6. Low paying salary. As a company based in USA, their salary is extremely low and no benefits or anything. 7. The CEO will promise to help you with something but will not do anything. He is SO good in manipulating. 8. Client is also rude and won’t listen and help with our problems with the agency. 9. Don’t believe in other positive reviews because, they are using multiple different fake accounts to fool the public. *check their LinkedIn*

1. No process, decisions are made based on personal choices. There is only one leader and he decides what to be done. 2. One of the value of Gensigma was people friendly. The empathy is only shown in presentations and words. Not actual. 3. Long working hours 4. I had to follow up for months to get my relieving letter. They won't respond and simply delays. Similar experiences were shared by two ex-employees. 5. The employees shown in LinkedIn are fake. The headcount informed to me was totally wrong when I joined the organisation. 6. No career opportunities are there as there aren't any structures no options. You can be an individual contributor. 7. Since they're a small organisation they expect you to work any time. No personal space 8. If you come from a large organization, you'll find it very difficulty to adjust.
