Hi ,I am loganathan,past 3 years me working on genrobotics,me reliving on 30 April,very disappointed to genrobotics team,after reliving hr team is very very worst department on genrobotics,not picking on call me text to hr team me facing legally, that day getting my experience certificate and other documents etc and next o&m team last working day travel amount have skipped by bijay I am asking for amount bijay told to add on salary but not processed to bijay ,and next service team manager bobakumar is not giving my reimbursement amount to skip to all amount me relive to 5 months not getting proper explanation, bobakumar told to give separately all amount not processing on time amount ,bobakumar only gave work but not giving money to travel and extra, one time travel around 3000 rs only give 1000 rs , balance amount not processing,me asking for balance bobakumar told our company have payment issue so not processed your money to invest to travel but spoke very genuine to bobakumar,my reimbursement pending amount on 39000 rs still pending ,me face the legally. And HR department have not response and told team person are not in office,team will reach Monday that day have I am arrange meeting to all team but call the HR ,HR department told to team person are leave,so we arrange tomorrow,5 month have team person are out of station??,this organisation is very worst for employees,HR team vishak many time called but not picking up on my call,but boban told he is meeting wait,

There are too many to list. Managers are morons, The upper management has no concept of work-life balance for their employees. No understanding of work management. No Actual Workflow system.
