... are very supportive.. As well as life balance is there.. It's a general shift.. And the salary will credit exact time.about promotion due to my hardwork am eligible for promotion in 1year..and the job is very secur..

Company is excellent.. But some processes is the like domestic process.. In that we have only 1off no holidays.. And no incriminating .. Package is very less....

Security and privacy and learning part is very helpful to grow better. Good work environment and culture.

Only thing is very very less salary and even hike is very less percentage they are giving. Even if we have more than 9 years experience also just we getting 18k per month.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here
