As per job security you can work here your whole life in terms of learning and improve your skills. For female candidates it's very good to balance work life both office and home as well in a very good manner.

Only salary is the single aspect from my point of view. However everytime only salary doesn't matter, so it depends on ones requirements.

Companypolicy: They are breaching their own contact like at joining they are giveing you one offer and post one completion year they are forcefully implementing and changind policies which is resulting to indirect salary deduction and upon approaching to HR he is not clear about the same which is totally intorallable

They are braching their own contract like implementing new compensation which is indirectly a salary deduction for an employee and there is no transparency with thair appraisal system

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

The company has changed a lot in last 2 to 3 years , there is no promotions, no salary hikes and no job security. The Management and HR does not care about employees.

Culture, ethical standards,policy, environment etc except salary structure.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.
