Work culture is good. Manager and TL are supportive though there is a work load but they will help to complete the task.

Salary is very less as compare to other companies. You have to pay for Everything even for one time food and it's too costly.

...d Genpact we are working remotely Genpact is providing all mandatory facilities. But there is one thing wich is bad low salary package.

While working with Genpact, I found alot more helpful team leads. We have been the top most Fiscal Year ending team. Genpact's Learning Platform Genome is a privilege to explore personal development. Lean Initiatives, Change Management & Automation are wisely introduced in processes. Overall environment was good I can conclude.

Dislikes

... work for 15 month's. I wanted to expertise other aspects but didn't got chance. Salary is pretty low & way too much politics in management. Always tenured people get benefitted of awards & appreciations.

Cost cutting, basically they are cutting the company cost on some basic things like they don't have glasses to drink water, you have to bring your own bottle to drink water, this situation is before corona, i know after covid this is the good precautions, they don't have a coffee machine..So these are the basic things i believe company should think about this. And yes one last and very important, Cab facality is worst. I'll rate can facality -10. Out of 10.
