... If u want spoil your career then come here. HR is stupid and non professional. Salary deduction is common practice. They took your passport . Yearly Leave not provided on time. they hold leave salary and current month salary. If you resign they not releasing you on time. And not given full n final settlement . My full n final settlement pending ( 1500 kd) approx 4 lack indian rupee. From company owner to manager all people are same. HR take the employee ATM card with pin number.before employee leave the company. After he released salary and put in his pocket. HR . threat to employees for court case. Treat like slave . I don't recommended this compony Labour to managerial work.

... this company, too much politics in this company. Company know how to work free. If any body agree to work free of salary then he very welcome, yearly bonus not have, yearly medical not have . Emergency medical not have, yearly vacation not have , All time forced to stay if you crying to go in your country not give you salary not give you leave compensation

... manager Both very stupid guys...if you go you can't come leave in every year...if you come he cut your 1 month salary and benefit also...in case any excident in machine. If any parts damage .you will pay all expenses....so please no one go

Very bad culture and very bad HR to Owner all. In interview time say anything and after reaching Kuwait change everything. Given threads to employee for fake court case in Kuwait. If u want to spoil your carrier then join other don't join this company. I don't recommend this company for anyone. If you have any doubt ask me through WhatsApp I will give you all employees contact number for confirmation.
